Polyester Woven Strapping Production Process & Quality Control
Tensipack controls the complete production process of polyester woven strapping from high-tenacity polyester yarn inspection to finished product verification. Key parameters including raw material performance, strap dimensions, production consistency and strength performance are monitored to ensure reliable quality for industrial cargo securing applications.
Raw Material Inspection
Before weaving, incoming high-tenacity polyester yarns are inspected for tensile performance to ensure raw material strength meets production requirements. Only qualified yarn materials are released for production.
Production Process Control
During the weaving process, strap dimensions are controlled through width and thickness measurements based on 5 samples from each production batch. Each production machine is monitored daily through 15-meter linear weight verification to maintain consistent material distribution and product uniformity.
Strength Performance Testing
After production, each batch undergoes strength testing, including 3 linear strength tests and 3 system strength tests with matching phosphated wire buckles, to evaluate the load capacity and joint performance of the complete securing system.
