How to Use Phosphated Wire Buckles
Phosphated Wire Buckles are installed with polyester woven strapping by threading the strap through the buckle, wrapping it around the cargo, and applying tension with a manual tensioner.
During tensioning, the buckle structure and phosphated surface create friction to lock the strap securely without additional sealing tools.
